Pre-Wedding Shoot
A pre-wedding shoot is exactly what it says – a portrait shoot with the two of you, some time prior to the wedding (I just needed to clear that up, as it’s still an alien concept to many couples).
I love pre-wedding shoots. It’s a perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other, so that you feel totally comfortable being photographed on your wedding day.
Typically, we organise these in places that mean something to you. Woodland and rural walks are a favourite, but equally city centre shoots can be great fun. I’m very willing to listen to your ideas, and have been known to go to Paris to get the right shots (Other cities are available, and extra charges apply).
As a result of the shoot, I ask you to choose your favourite image and I bring it along to your wedding as a large mounted print, which we ask your guests to sign. It’s a much more intimate idea than a blank guest book.
Alternatively, if you’ve had such a great time that you can’t choose just one image, a coffee table album with a selection of images and space for your guests to sign makes a cherished reminder of the day.
